This a Celtx storyboard on mastheads. This has given me the idea of having a masthead in front of the model, because if it is behind the picture then it is hard for the audience to read and understand.
I also like the idea of having a large and colourful headline, with a serif font. Most of these magazines have a background colour that makes the white masthead/headline stand out. I love how some of the images interact with the masthead and how symbols are used instead of letters. These mastheads follow the theory of Neale "repetition and difference" because they all use the same style but are all different.
